It is aged for a minimum of 6 months in new American Oak Barrels bearing a medium char.This is a double distilled Tequila, handcrafted 100% Blue Agave, limited production. Single barrel aged with Jalisco Highland Estate owned Agave. Honey and caramel overtones with hints of smokiness and the finish of soft oak.Nose: Sweet, Caramel Bouquet As A Result Of Aging Time And Contact Between Liquor/Tequila And The Delicacy Of Toasted Oak.
