A lovely, brilliant golden-yellow colour. A concentrated nose of apricot compote, dried fruit and figs with vanilla and floral notes of jasmine and acacia blossom, opening with swirling to reveal fresh citrus zest overtones. The palate starts deliciously suave and caressing, with perfect balance, fresh acidity and elegance complementing restrained power, showing strong flavours of gingerbread, orange nonette cake and liquorice, followed by a gorgeous acid tang underpinning a beautiful, long aftertaste.
