Adelphi`s 10 Year Old Islay Single Malt (Caol Ila) is a single malt whisky from the renowned Caol Ila distillery, located on the shores of Islay. Distilled in 2011 and matured in a selection of refill casks, this whisky exhibits distinctive maritime characteristics, displaying the influence of its coastal maturation. Aromas of brine and smoke intertwine with notes of heather, citrus zest and spices. The palate reveals layers of ashy peat, bitter chocolate and subtle vanilla, accompanied by a lingering finish.
