This delicious amaro from Catania, Sicily, is made from IGP Sicilian blood oranges, with botanicals including chincona bark, gentian root and rabarbaro (Chinese rhubarb). Produced using Mt. Etna spring water. Aromas of indigenous Mediterranean fruits and flora lead to an intriguing and unique palate of candied oranges, licorice, and cloves that give way to hints of elderflower and rhubarb. 30% abv.
