Zandvliet Wine Estate is a historic producer on the outskirts of the Robertson Valley, a region known for warm days, cool nights and limestone-rich soils that give particular character to both red and white styles. Their Muscat is made from Muscat de Frontignan grapes, which are cold soaked on skins to extract intense aromatics before gentle pressing and a stopped fermentation that retains natural sweetness.
