100% Chardonnay, macerated on the skins for 2 weeks. An absolute gem from Slovenia. The nose is fresh with a hint of vanilla and soft wood. When tasted, the wine has an initially remarkable ease for an orange wine, due to its well-balanced acidity. The taste resembles vanilla, citrus flavours and fine wooden notes. The finish announces a full bodied, Chardonnay-like structure. A brilliant food pairing wine, ideal for roast potatoes or a dense, fleshy fish.
